What kinds of photos work best?
Close-ups where faces fill a good part of the photo, in good light. Group photos and pets work too. Faces that are small and far away, and very dark or blurry photos, give weaker pages. If a face comes out off, redraw that page for free.
Is this a real printed book or a PDF?
Both, if you choose the printed book: a real bound book mailed to you, plus the PDF the moment you order. The instant download is the PDF on its own, to print at home as often as you like.
How long does shipping take?
Your book is printed and ships in 5–7 days. Most books arrive in about 11 to 14 days, anywhere in the United States, and we email you a tracking link when it ships.
What paper is it printed on?
Thick, smooth 60 lb white paper that takes crayons, markers and colored pencils well, at full letter size (8.5 by 11 inches), with a color cover and a stapled spine that lies open on the table.
Where are the books printed?
Each book is printed on demand by our professional print partner and mailed to you within the United States.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to make your book, and never for ads. If you do not buy, they are deleted after 24 hours. If you buy, we delete them after 30 days, or you can delete them yourself any time.
What if I am not happy with my book?
Love it or we reprint or refund it. Redraw any page for free, and if that does not fix it, write to us within 14 days and we will make it right.
